Lisa's primary objectives:


I am a resource for you, a "go to person you can trust" to cut through the confusing information and help you find practical strategies for living a healthy life.  A background in nutrition and psychology and years of experience working with my clients has meant that I have a "box full of tricks and practical strategies" that take health off the "too hard" shelf and put in back within your reach.  The result is, by working together, you can again love the way you look and feel.

Lisa is a nutritionist with a difference.  She is degree qualified in nutrition and psychology which means that she is able to help her clients get greater results by working not only with their physiology but also with their mindsets and habits.  Through her extensive experience she has found that when you are able to put health into the context of a person's life you affect greater change.  She has found that food is woven into every aspect of people's lives and this relationship is intimate and intricate.  Because of this understanding Lisa specialises in weight management, allergy management and has also worked extensively with stress and lifestyle ailments such as depression and anxiety.   Her passion for great food also lead her to obtain her certificate in cor don bleu cookery, so she has lots of tricks and resources up her sleeve to help her clients achieve their nutrition objectives whatever their situation.  Passionate about health, Lisa is both pioneering and evangelical and has worked with both individuals (adults and children) and organizations (corporate and NGO), including work in South Africa in HIV and AIDS management.  Determined to take health off the "too hard" shelf, she aims to change the way health is viewed, accessed and delivered.  Her presentations have been popular around the world, including South Africa, the UK and Australia.

Lisa recognizes that there is no one size fits all approach to health, life or anything for that matter!  She recognizes that whoever you are, whatever you do, you are an individual with very specific needs.  She helps clients to identify and meet those needs, empowering them with the tools and support to help themselves.  Lisa aims to make health more attainable, more achievable, more enjoyable and as a consequence more sustainable.  Inspiring and motivating health is where her passion lies!
